- Children have the education and skills they need to be school ready;
- Low-income Alaskans have access to home ownership;
- Communities across Alaska receive housing rehabilitation, weatherization, and community planning services;
- At risk individuals are educated about the importance of overall wellness and have access to healthy activities;
- Rural communities value environmental conservation and can implement energy saving programs in their villages; and
- Homeless chronic street alcoholics receive the services and training to help them get off the streets and into meaningful jobs.
