Welcome to the RurAL CAP employment center. Rural Alaska Community Action Program, Inc. is a private, non-profit agency offering job opportunities statewide in the areas of social services, community development, and construction. We offer opportunities for Full and Part-time work; year round and seasonal.
A completed RurAL CAP application form is required for all positions and a separate application form must be submitted for each position applied for. RurAL CAP accepts applications for currently available positions only and does not accept applications for "general employment".
How to Apply:
To apply for a job opening at RurAL CAP, download and complete the application form. An application must be submitted by the closing date for each job that you apply for.
The document can be filled out electronically by typing in the appropriate spaces. Be sure to fill out all fields do not substitute “See Resume” for any information on the application form. When the application form is complete click the “Submit By Email” button.
To include attachments such as a cover letter and resume to your application, save it directly to your computer by right clicking on the link and select "Save Target As". After you saved the application to your computer, fill out the fields. When the application is complete, save again to preserve your information. THEN email the application and attachments to Jobs@ruralcap.com or print them out and send it to RurAL CAP following the instructions below.
